These Terms of Use govern access to and use of future.pamojadmrv.earth(the “Demo Site”), operated by Consuming Carbon Corporation. By accessing the Demo Site you agree to these Terms.
The Demo Site is a future-state preview of the Pamoja dMRV platform. It is provided for illustration, evaluation, and demonstration purposes only. The project listings, prices, readiness scores, verified tonnage figures, Hedera identifiers, and any other operational data shown on the Demo Site are synthetic unless explicitly marked otherwise. Do not rely on any figure shown on the Demo Site for investment, procurement, or compliance decisions.
The Demo Site does not process payments, does not transfer carbon credits, and does not create binding contracts. Calls-to-action such as “Purchase credits” or “Request access” route to the corresponding portal mock for visual demonstration only.
The Demo Site does not currently support user registration or sign-in. Any account-creation or sign-in user interface shown on a portal page is a mock and does not create a real account.
All content on the Demo Site, including text, design, code, logos, and graphics, is the property of Consuming Carbon Corporation or its licensors. The Pamoja dMRV and Consuming Carbon trademarks and logo marks may not be used without prior written permission. Excerpts of public content may be quoted with attribution to future.pamojadmrv.earth.
The Demo Site contains links to third-party sites (registry websites, methodology references, validator pages, the consumingcarbon.com parent site). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.
The Demo Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Demo Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Consuming Carbon and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of or inability to use the Demo Site.
Use of the Demo Site is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, except where local law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Demo Site. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
